Mosaic Workshop | Bee Bath

9:30am - 4:00pm

This workshop is for the total beginner. There is no cutting of tiles, just gluing, all you have to do is choose a design. A bee bath is a simple bee water feeder in your home garden, and it is a nice touch to set out for your pollinating guests. In this six-hour mosaic workshop, you will choose tiles to glue to a terracotta saucer that is 30cm in diameter. There are many, many tiles to choose from, all shapes, sizes and colours.

Heritage of Bickley Valley

The hike trail combines the New Victoria Dam Walk Trail with the Mason & Bird Heritage Trail and explores Australia's pioneer heritage through the Korung National Park.

Brice Wells Memorial Bird Walk

The Memorial Bird Walk is an annual event to commemorate an outstanding former BirdLife WA member, Brice Wells. Meet at the Kalamunda Community Centre for a stroll along the trails of Jorgensen Park with volunteers from BirdLife Western Australia. Further information and bookings from Humantix. This is a FREE event, but bookings are essential, as places are limited.

Lunch in the Valley | A Fundraiser for Bali Animal Welfare Association

Lyn & Michael from Hainault Vineyard & Cafe invite you to join them for lunch in the beautiful Bickley Valley to raise funds for Bali Animal Welfare Association (BAWA).

The goal is to raise $5 000, which will fully fund BAWA to action a remote Village Health Day funded. Ticket price includes A glass of sparkling wine on arrival Delicious fresh ploughman platters from the Vineyard Kitchen, followed by dessert Music – the sounds of Indonesia in the Bickley Valley Award-winning Hainault wine can also be purchased by the glass or bottle during the afternoon.

AUCTIONS! RAFFLES! Great prizes & lots of fun!

Disgorging Workshop

2:00pm - 4:30pm

A unique insight into the production of Sparkling Wine and an absolute must-do for lovers of bubbly wine! Join winemakers Josh and Rachael Davenport as they lead you through the blending, tirage and disgorging steps of sparkling wine production. The workshop concludes with each participant disgorging their own tailor-made 6 pack of sparkling wine.
